Westchase resident, Zabrina Mitchell was honored today as a Verizon Service Hero. Her likeness has been added to the Verizon building downtown and will remain there throughout 2012.

The Verizon Service Hero program highlights local employees’ commitment to customer service and to the communities in which they live and do business.

Mitchell is a multi-year Platinum Club winner known for consistently leading the nation in most Verizon Plus retail stores service and sales results.

“The customer needs to feel you understand their problem and that you are equally passionate about fixing their issue,” said Mitchell.
