After years of declining property values, Westchase homeowners might have more valuable properties in 2013.
Bob Henriquez, Hillsborough County Property Appraiser, has good news for Hillsborough County property owners. He is predicting a 3 percent rise in property values this year, according to TBO.
"I think this confirms the economy is indeed rebounding," Henriquez said in a news release.
Pinellas County, according to TBO, is projecting similar growth.
