Hillsborough County will accept public comment about the proposed Northwest Skateboard Park Project through July 31. Call or e-mail with your thoughts.
If you haven't heard, Hillsborough County is proposing to build a 10,000 square foot outdoor concrete skateboard park at Jackson Springs Park in Town 'N Country. The $600,000 project has already been funded through Park Imact Fees. Now all the county needs is public input to ensure the park is wanted.
A public meeting to discuss this proposal was held on Tuesday, July 17. If you weren't able to attend, Public Comment can be submitted through July 31 to:
