If you frequent the Odessa Organic Farmer's Market, you may notice the tent that covers all the vegetables and items sold has been pushed back further on the property.

That's because someone complained about the tent being in violation of Hillsborough County code. Tents are only allowed to stay on a property for six months at a time.

John Ciani, the market's owner, decided to move the tent back on the property to a different address to abide by the code. He plans eventually to build a pole barn that will become a permanent structure on the site, he said.

The Hillsborough County code needs to be changed. It's his own property. He should be able to do what he wants with it. There are too many laws, codes and rules restricting our freedoms. Where does it end?
