School has only been out for a little while, but when the kids are out of school many people from out of town start looking to relocate, accoring to Realtor Melanie Atkinson.

Atkinson is a Westchase Patch blogger and a Westchase area Realtor with The Wood Team at Coldwell Banker. She says in a recent blog post titled "Aaack! I Need A House! Tips for Local & Out Of State Buyers" that, "Many relocation clients have a limited amount of time to find a house, sign a contract, and set up financing.  It can make for a very stressful house hunting trip."

Looking at the homes for sale in Westchase, Atkinson also writes that, "This year in particular, the out of state buyers have an extra challenge to overcome:  low inventory."
