You’re supposed to sport that bag on your arm, not under your eyes
Try these easy remedies for tired eyes.
There are a host of reasons why some of us may have this not-so-attractive accessory: allergies, heredity, stress, fatigue, nutrient deficiency and more.
Here are 5 ways to reduce the appearance of dark circles under your eyes.*
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep. They don’t call it beauty rest for nothing.
- Drink plenty of water. Being dehydrated becomes very apparent in this area.
- Cool tea bags (not herbal). The tannin in the tea has been found to help reduce swelling and discoloration.
- Place a slice of cucumber on each eye. The astringent helps reduce the dark circles.
- Eat plenty of green leafy veggies for vitamin E, citrus fruits for vitamin C and orange veggies for vitamin A. All are good for healthy skin.
