Bryant Bronco 5K Stampede
Description: The Running Club of Bryant Elementary is organizing the first annual Bryant Bronco 5K Stampede. Proceeds from the run will benefit Mary Bryant Elementary’s technology for teachers initiative. Bryant Elementary has had a running club for three years and the success of the club has been used as a model for other elementary schools around the county.
Location: The race will begin and end at Mary Bryant Elementary, 13910 Nine Eagles Road, Tampa, FL 33626. The race will start in the parking lot then continue S onto Nine Eagles Road then U-turn to the finish line!
Details: This is a family friendly run/walk for all ages. Walkers are asked to participate at the rear of the event. Please, no pets, headphones, skateboards, inline or roller skates. Strollers are permitted with walkers only and are asked to participate at the rear of the event.
Goodies: All racers will receive the Inaugural Bryant Bronco 5k Stampede t-shirt. Racers under the age of 18 will receive a finishers medal.
Online Race Registration: Participants can register online at www.Active.com.
Manual Race Registration: Completed race application and fee of $25 are due Monday, February 18th. Only applications submitted by February 18th will be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Packet Pick-up: Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, March 1st from 5-8pm at the Mary Bryant Multi-Purpose Room, 13910 Nine Eagles Road, Tampa, FL 33626.

Character development goes hand in hand with academic achievements at Mary E. Bryant Elementary School. Good character awards are given to Bryant "Broncos" each month. The school has an active Parent Teacher Student Association, which organize yearly festivals and fundraisers. Principal Karen Bass keeps parents, teachers and students updated with a monthly newsletter.
