Stress Relief Yoga at Lotus Pond
Yoga instructor, Val Spies, owner of The Lotus Pond, found yoga when she was working in the corporate world. She found it useful for dealing with stress from her job. Now each Monday she offers Stress Relief Yoga at her yoga studio.
The class is free, however donations are welcomed. This hatha yoga class has the influence of Kripalu yoga and is designed to offer stress relief techniques that can be woven into everyday life.
