Westchase Impact Martial Arts is pleased to offer a special intensive seminar in women’s self-defense. Seminar topics will include the evasion and neutralization of a variety of real-world attacks, including strikes, punches, wrist grabs and choke holds. Countering weapons, such as knife, gun, bottle and other object assaults will also be covered.
Please wear comfortable workout clothes.
