Start your New Year with a Wellness Class: Wellness By Dessa is pleased to offer a series of wellness classes to educate people on reclaiming their health. These classes are about empowering people to have the tools to implement when starting a healthy lifestyle. It's not about pills, supplements or the next weight loss gimmick! People need real information that they feel comfortable putting into practice and these classes will do just that! We are all responsible for our own health. What we put in our bodies today, dictates what our health will be tomorrow. It is up to us to make the right choices.
Basic Nutritional Foundations is the first class in the Reclaim Your Health Educational Series - We will discuss the basic nutrients we all should be getting in our healthy eating plan and how to get them from the foods we are eating. We will have examples to taste. We will also discuss “Health Destroyers” which we will work on eliminating from our diets. We will discuss the current state of our food supply, exercise, and mental emotional effects on health and various health tips.
Detailed Handout will be given & Organic Juice and appetizers will be served.
