Updates with Cool Teaser Clip - Elle Gabriel, Westchase 7 Year Old Lands Lead Role in a Sci-Fi Movie

Elle Gabriel has just returned from Los Angeles after 4 days of filming a lead role in the science fiction thriller “Flesh Computer.

Prior to being cast in the film, Elle had only done a few commercials in her home state of Florida, but after seeing her on video tape, Producer/Director Ethan Shaftel felt she was right for the role of “Emily”, the only child in the movie. Ethan also has ties to Tampa who recognized Elle's Berkeley uniform in the auditions which helped seal the deal as the lead.

According to Shaftel, “Flesh Computer is a  visually stylized and intellectually mind-bending short film, set in a dark future populated by organic machines with very high production values, award-winning production-design team, cinematography and special effects."

According to Elle’s mother Roxanne Gabriel, Elle’s blossoming commercial, television and film career began after a chance meeting and some words of encouragement from Paul St. John whose other discoveries include Emmy Award winning actress Jaime Pressly (My Name is Earl, Two and a Half Men) and Amanda Righetti  (Friday the 13th, The O.C., North Shore and The Mentalist.)
