JUICING 101 - Come out and join Wellness By Dessa in conjunction with the City of Temple Terrace Leisure Services Department and learn all about juicing! If you ever wanted to start on a juicing program and didn't know where to begin, this class is for you. We will discuss the benefits, types of juices, what to juice, storing your juice, resources for recipes, and much more! If you want to take your health to the next level, juicing is the way to go!
