3 Nearby Places To Donate School Supplies Today
You can donate school supplies for children in need at some nearby locations in our neighborhood.
The first day of school in Hillsborough County is less than two weeks away. As you head out to complete your child's school supply list, why not grab a few items for some children in need. You can donate to the following places below right here in our neighborhood:
- Broadstone Citrus Village Apartments: The apartment complex is collecting supplies for "Tools for Schools." Drop off new supplies to the leasing office for local Tampa schools. 7940 Citrus Plaza Dr Tampa, FL 33625.
- Nortwhest and West Park Village YMCA locations: Donate at least one new school supply to any area YMCA and your new member enrollment fee will be waived. Locations in our area are 8950 West Waters Avenue Tampa, FL 33615 and 9878 W. Linebaugh Ave., Tampa, FL 33626.
- Staples Citrus Park: There's a purple box just inside the doors of this office supply store. Just drop your donations off there. This is the fifth year the office supply chain has hosted it's "Staples for Students" national school supply drive. School supply drive ends Sept. 15. 12845 Citrus Plaza Drive Tampa, FL 33625.
