Westchase Halloween Happenings

Take a look around the community. From pumpkin patches to fall festivals all signs point to Halloween. This year the fun begins early with some cool events for young and old prior to the actual date of Halloween, which is Monday, Oct. 31.

There are events for parents looking for fun for the kids and adults who want a more mature vibe. There's even a little something for dogs and cats. Take a look at the line-up below to plan your Halloween activities now:

Thursday, October 27

• West Park Village Spooktacular: Kids are encouraged to come in costume and trick-or-treat at the shopping center stores. The will have Halloween activities and be open to the public. 5pm-7pm. West Park Village Shoppes, Corner of Montague Street and Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, Fl. Free.

• Spooktacular Howl-O-ween Costume Contest: A large costume contest with top prizes for winners. 2pm-4pm. Oldsmar Flea Market, 180 Race Track Road North. Dogs and cats are welcomed to enter.
