Meet Bruno: Westchase Pet of the Week
This week we met up with Adriana Laliotis of Town 'N Country and her male Pug, Bruno Sanchez Laliotis Jorge Cruz. Here is what we learned:
Patch: When and where was your pet born?
Adriana Laliotis: April 13, 2002. New York, New York.
Patch: Does he have any brothers and sisters?

Laliotis: Biologically, not sure. Bruno has step sisters, Zoey and Luna (dogs.)
Patch: How about a Nemesis?

Laliotis: Zoey for sure, she is hyper and always wanting to play and eat Bruno's food.
Patch: How did he get his long name?
Laliotis: They are all our last names, me, hubby and mom. We like to think that Bruno is a family dog and he kind of "belongs" to all of us. Plus in the Spanish culture, its very common for kids to take both parents last name. I called him that one day, and it just stuck. I think it's funny.
Patch: Favorite song or TV show?
Laliotis: Anything on the Animal Planet. Bruno loves to watch TV.
Patch: What did he get for Christmas?
Laliotis: Some doggie snacks and a plush toy bone.
Patch: If your dog were an ice cream flavor what would it be?
Laliotis: Hazelnut Gelato.
Patch: Favorite place to take a nap?
Laliotis: Behind mama's legs on the couch.
Patch: Favorite place to walk or play?
Laliotis: Bruno prefers lounging and staying in the air conditioner.
Patch: What is his favorite snack or treat?
Laliotis: Bacon Beggin' strips.
Patch: What tricks can he do?
Laliotis: We do the tricks for Bruno.
Patch: Do your dog beg for table-scraps? If so, does he have a favorite?
Laliotis: Yes, he stares while one is eating...unfortunately, no scraps for him as he has a sensitive tummy.
Patch: Does he get along with cats?
Laliotis: I think so, I don't think he has ever been around a cat.
