Silver Sneakers Program Heats Up in December
A rundown of senior activities offered in Westchase this month.
The Silver Sneakers program, based at the YMCA, offers classes, events and outings for senior citizens.
Here's what's happening in December:
- Silver Sneakers New Member Orientation: Northwest YMCA, 8950 W. Waters Avenue in Tampa. Tuesdays at 11am. For more information call - 813-249-8510.
- Out on the town: The group will meet at Olive Garden in Citrus Park, 8306 Citrus Park Dr. in Tampa. Thursday, Dec. 8 at 11:30am.
- Covered dish holiday celebration and gift exchange. Wednesday, Dec. 21 at 12:30pm.
