Westchase Fall Festival Set For Saturday

This event will take place on the grassy knoll at Westchase Town Center on Nov. 17.

For the past several years the Westchase Community Association has hosted a gala replete with dancing, dinner and drinks.

This year the association has decided to do something a bit more informal.

This marks the first year of the Westchase Fall Festival. It's scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Westchase Town Center, 9622 W. Linebaugh Ave.

"Instead of the gala, we wanted do something fun," said Debbie Sainz, WCA Senior Community Association Manager. "We wanted to make it more of a community wide event."

At Saturday's festival there will be pony rides, a train ride, carnival games with prizes, face painting, popcorn, cotton candy and other food vendors. Admission costs $5 per person.
