Westchase Patch Pet of the Week: Meet Gigi, She Needs A New Home

This week our Pet of the Week is extra special. Her name is GiGi, and she needs a new home.

I could not interview her parents because they moved away and left her behind.

She is a 9 year old Black Labrador mix and is being cared for by Lab Retriever Rescue of Florida. Gigi is very sweet and great with cats, kids, and seniors. She is a retired service dog and really well-behaved. She is an inside dog but enjoys going for walks outside. Gigi needs the love of a new family soon.

The Lab Rescue of Florida will offer a Meet and Greet at the Wiregrass Mall Fresh market on June 4, 10am-3pm to meet some of the dogs and learn how you can adopt a Labrador. Another Meet and Greet will be held on June 18.
