Celebrate Earth Day at Urban Oasis Farm on Sunday, April 22 from 10:30am-3pm.
The event will feature activities for the children, interesting speakers and great foods and beverages to sample.
The lineup includes:

- A Spring/Summer growing workshop with information about warm weather crops.
- Chef on the Farm, John Carminati, will do a cooking demo with tips on how to use seasonal veggies.
- Dawn Hudson from Hudson Landscape Nursery will be speaking about Florida friendly palms and plants and will have a free potted plant for the first 25 guests.
- Joe Planz from Providence Cattle Co. will help us understand the benefits of grass fed versus grain fed beef.
- Beekeeper, Rob Seal, will be on hand all day with hands-on demonstrations of his beekeeping equipment.
- Raffle prizes include honey, beef, veggies, cooking demo, etc.
