Join the Upper Tampa Bay Regional Library in celebration of its sixth birthday! The event will feature "The Magic of Reading" program with Dr. Rich Davis, as Benjamin Franklin. Visitors will enjoy a short discussion on the life of Ben Franklin, the importance of reading, and a live demonstration of one of Franklin's peculiar science experiments. The celebration is open to local residents of all ages, so bring the whole family and have a great time.
