Fashion Show To Showcase Frugalista Style

NewsChannel 8 Anchor Gayle Sierens will host first-ever fashion show, featuring clothing and accessories from the LifePath Hospice Thrift Stores

Dooney & Bourke. Chicos. Louis Vuitton.

Normally these designer fashion name brands would be associated with the mall. But that's not the only place to find them.

The labels are among the many designer finds that shoppers can score at LifePath Hospice's thrift stores.

The stores in Carrollwood (4802 Gunn Hwy) and a second location in South Tampa (1918 S. Dale Mabry Hwy) often receive donations from the community that include name-brand clothing and accessories, note store managers Lisa DeMello and Terry Hudson.

Those fashion finds will be put on the runway for a good cause when the organization hosts the LifePath Hospice Fashion Show on Feb. 11 at 10am. Tickets are $25 each. Proceeds will go to hospice programs and services in Hillsborough County.
