Patch: How long have you been in business?

Rubin: August 2010.

Patch: How long have you lived in the area?

Rubin: I’ve been in the area in the ice cream and yogurt business since 1991.

Patch: What do you love about living and working in our town?

Rubin: I love Westchase. It’s like a little bubble. Everything’s right there.

Patch: What do you wish everyone who came into your shop knew about you?

Rubin: They probably don’t know I went to UNLV in Las Vegas. I lived in Vegas for four years.

Patch: Tell us a quick story about a time you provided awesome customer service:

Rubin: There could be many stories. We try to make sure everyone has a really good experience here. We try to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. It’s just overall with everybody. We try to go above and beyond.
