Bright Eyes Family Vision Care Has Best Customer Service in Westchase

After weeks of voting Bright Eyes beat out the competition.

In the beginning the staff at Bright Eyes Family Vision Care wasn't so sure.

They were up against one of Westchase's most popular restaurants. But as the contest progressed, the staff's confidence grew.

And in the end, Bright Eyes Family Vision earned the title of Westchase Patch's Customer Service 2012 Champion. The contest ran throughout March, mirroring the college basketball championships, and with each round of voting Bright Eyes inched closer to the win.

But not without some hard work.

"We created a video to give people a reason to pay attention," said Dr. Nate Bonilla-Warford, owner of Bright Eyes Family Vision Care, located at 9912 W. Linebaugh Ave.

Bonilla-Warford is quick to highlight the work of his staff in winning the contest. Vision therapist Edna Moore, optician Justin Schoonover, optician Sandy Krakowski, and patient care coordinator Jamie Wright pushed the competition along by checking in daily and reaching out to about 2,000 people including patients, friends and associates to let them know about the contest.

Now that they've won, the staff at Bright Eyes is planning a party to celebrate. Details about the date and time will be released soon.

When asked the secret to their winning customer service success Krakowski gave this answer.

"We're very friendly, we try to give a personable experience," she said.
