Dunkin' Donuts Comes To Westchase
The coffee and donut chain expects to be up and running in about 90 days.
Need your coffee fix in the morning?
Soon you'll have another option in Westchase. Dunkin' Donuts, known for its distinctive coffee and confections, is planning a new location on Racetrack Road next door to Wendy's restaurant at 12981 Race Track Road.
The company is currently submitting building permits for what will be a 1,720-square-foot location on Racetrack Road at Lynmar Boulevard.

"We are excited to provide the Westchase community with another alternative for morning coffee, a great place to meet and experience all that Dunkin has to offer," said Carlos Yepes, president Belleair Development Group, the company responsible for bringing Dunkin' Donuts to Westchase.
Construction is set to begin on the Dunkin' Donuts in three weeks and is expected take about 90 days, said Christian Yepes, owner of CNH Realty Group, who brokered the deal. The location will feature a drive-through, free Wi-Fi and inside and outside dining areas.

In addition to its classic coffee and doughnut fair, Dunkin' Donuts also boast breakfast sandwiches, bagels and muffins.
