Garage Sale Big Ticket Item List Released

There's a huge comic book collection for sale in The Greens. A patio set in Keswick Forest and a bedroom set in The Bridges. Information about these items and more was released on Thursday when the Westchase Community Association put out its "big ticket" items list for Saturday's yard sale.

This year's spring garage sale is slated for Saturday, May 5, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. All Westchase residents are welcomed to sell items in the garage sale. Shoppers from inside and outside the neighborhood are welcomed to shop there.

A large crowd is anticipated. Hillsborough County Sherriff deputies will be patrolling the sale,  said Charlotte Adams, Westchase Community Association Manager.

The garage sale has been going on for the past decade and has grown every year, Adams said.

A copy of the big ticket items list can also be found at the Swim and Tennis Center at 10405 Countryway Blvd., said association community manager Charlotte Adams.
