Pink Party at Citrus Park Mall To Benefit Breast Cancer Research

The mall is having a pink party to benefit breast cancer awareness.

Citrus Park Mall is celebrating breast cancer survivors in a big way this year.

On Saturday, Oct. 15, the mall will host a live fashion show and various beauty and shopping events to raise money for breast cancer research at St. Joseph's Hospital.

The event titled "The Pink Party" will honor breast cancer survivors with the Pink Project Reveal, themed “Beyond Breast Cancer,” which pairs 10 breast cancer survivors with senior-level design students from the International Academy of Design and Technology to design sportswear garments – all pink and all inspired by the individual woman who overcame the disease.

Survivors will escort models down the runway as their stories are told.

To get in on the fun purchase a $10 Project Pink coupon booklet at the mall's concierge desk or online, which gives you coupons to various stores in the mall and exclusive access to "Pink Party" events.
