To continue our summer line-up of , this week we head to .

The "Skinny Margarita" at Catch Twenty-Three is made from three simple ingredients: Patrón Silver Tequila, agave nectar and fresh lime juice.  Patron Silver is known for its light, fresh taste, crystal-clear look and a smoothness not found in other silver tequilas. The lime juice and agave are skinny substitutes for other typical ingredients that can tack on the calories: margarita mix, triple sec, orange juice, etc.

"This is one of our most popular cocktails," says owner Rob Wickner. "It has a really fresh flavor and it's just a great drink for a summertime happy hour."

It pairs well with many of Catch's casual choices, like Caribbean Ceviche or jumbo shrimp cocktail. Catch Twenty-Three has a new sushi chef named Juan Ocampo who has been churning out many delicious new rolls since he joined their culinary team this May.
