Small Business Saturday Deals in the Westchase Area

Small Business Saturday is on Nov. 24 this year, two days after Thanksgiving. It is a day for everyone to support the small businesses their community thrives on.

This year, Westchase Patch is putting together a list of local Small Business Saturday deals. If you are a small business owner, leave your deal in the comments section below, and it will be added to the list. 

American Express founded the day in 2010 to help small businesses get exposure during the holiday season, when they might be otherwise overlooked. With retailers buzzing around the holidays, it is great to support local small businesses that rely on neighbors like us in order to thrive.

Last year, 100 million people nationwide participated in Small Business Saturday by shopping at locally owned stores to help boost the economy and their communities.

Here are the deals being offered by local businesses in the Westchase area:

- Froyo Fresh (12211 W. Linebaugh Ave.) is offering all customers who come in on Small Business Saturday 15 percent off their total bill.

- Napa Flair (11967 Sheldon Rd.) is offering a $5 discount on purchases of $50 or more and $10 off purchases of $100 or more.

- Dawson Dance Academy (12715 Racetrack Rd.) is allowing all parents that normally make winter uniform payments on Nov. 15 to wait and run their payments on Nov. 24 so they receive a $25 discount making their winter uniform purchase free or almost free. The dance studio is also offering $25 off Nutcracker Camp Intensive class scheduled for Dec. 22 if parents sign up on Nov. 24. The class is for children 9 and up with at least 2 years ballet experience. Sign up must be completed online and is limited. Go to http://www.dawsondance.com/ to sign up starting Sunday, Nov. 18.

- Renu Ultra Spa - Small business owners can join as members on Saturday and get their 2nd month free - or a Special Salon & Spa packages that includes 4 services and a complimentary Mystic Sunless Session for $90.

- Great Art & Frame - Poster Special $59 - $79 depending on size (Up to 22 x 28). Bring your posters in for that professional look.

- Mi Bebe - On Saturday, from 10-11am, we are offering 25% off entire purchase if customer uses American Express card.
