Westchase Business Roundup: Two Favorites Move; New Boutique Opens

A look at what's happening with businesses in Westchase and surrounding neighborhoods

and , two of Westchase's favorite small businesses, are claiming new addresses.

After being at the same Montague Street location for five years, Dr. Nathan Bonilla-Warford's office is now located at 9912 W. Linebaugh Ave. between Sylvan Learning Center and West Park Dental Associates.

"After being in the same location for over five years, we had outgrown the space," Warford told Patch. "Although we loved being on Montague St. there were improvements that we wanted to make to Bright Eyes that simply weren't possible without acquiring more space."

The new location has hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling giving it a more modern, spacious look. Warford plans to have an official grand opening on March 7.

After nine years, Joose Hadley, owner of Great Art and Frame, will close the doors of her West Park Village location in late February and open at her new Odessa location on March 1. The new Great Art and Frame address will be 8535 Gunn Hwy, four miles north on Sheldon Road just past South Mobley (between JC Saddlery and Red Carpet Liquors.)

"We had two choices in this relentlessly depressed economy: Either go out of business like many other framers or find an affordable spot," Hadley told Patch. "Since I love my business, I was fortunate to find a very nice location with room for my equipment, space for art classes, and, of course, room for the hundreds of frame samples we offer."

Hadley said the store will continue to offer custom framing and design services and art classes for all ages.
