Estate Tamaya 2011 Chardonnay

Where can I buy it in Westchase?

Price: $21 / bottle

Flavor notes/description: This varietal, made in the Limari Valley of Chile, is lighter and fruitier than your average chardonnay -- making it a great one to enjoy al fresco on Blend's patio on a warm fall day. "Chilean chardonnays are really hot right now," says Dung To, Blend's general manager "and this one is very popular here at Blend."

Food pairing suggestions: Blend doesn't serve food, but several restaurants in the Westchase Plaza deliver to the lounge. Dung reccomends pairing this wine with sushi from . "I love their Dragon roll," she says, "I get it every time!"
