$1 Movie, Legos, and Community Board Meets: 5 Things To Know This Week

Summer Movie Express (LAST CHANCE) - This is the last week to take advantage of the $1 movies at Westfield Citrus Park Mall's Regal Cinemas. Popular G and PG-rated movies every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10a.m. for just $1 per person. This week lineup is (Monday- Arthur Christmas (PG); Wednesday- Smurfs (PG).

Teen Advisory Council - Get your teen involved in changing the community by participating in the advisory council. The group is charged with bringing teen programs to the library and earning community service hours for graduation, scholarships and more. Teens grades 6-12. 6:00p.m.-7:15p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7 at the Upper Tampa Bay Library, 11211 Countryway Blvd. in Tampa.

 Westchase CDD Meeting - The Community Development District will meet this week to discuss matters pertaining to the neighborhood governance. 4:00p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7 at the Swim & Tennis Center, 10405 Countryway Blvd. in Tampa.

Westchase Community Association Meeting - The WCA will meet to discuss the management and governance of the community. Residents are welcomed to attend during the public forum period. 7:00p.m., Thursday, Aug. 9 at 10049 Parley Drive in Tampa.
