Cool Fall Weather in the Forecast this Week

Rain chances increase later this week.

Put away those umbrellas and shake the dust off a sweater or
two. The National Weather Service is calling for a beautiful start to
the workweek.

With temperatures around 80 degrees for the highs and lows around 60,
Monday through Wednesday should be great days, said meteorologist Rick
Davis.

“It’s going to be a pretty good week most of the week,” he said.

Residents can expect things to change slightly as the week
wears on though. Davis said there’s a cold front expected to arrive on
Thursday and it should bring some showers late on Thursday and a
temperature drop of about 10 degrees for both the highs and lows on
Friday.

There’s a 20 to 30 percent chance of showers late on Thursday, Davis
said. This week’s weather patterns are quite typical for early
November in Central Florida, he added.

“This time of year, it’s fairly normal,” he said. “Our highs are near
80s and normal lows” are in the 60s, which he characterized as “very
nice autumn weather.”
