Early Week Traffic Continues Light For Commuters

A lack of predicted thunderstorms helps traffic move along.

An auto accident on the NB I-275 ramp to Memorial Highway has backed up traffic to before the Howard Frankland Bridge in Pinellas County. And stop-and-go traffic continues on the interstate to Dale Mabry Highway although congestion continues to the Bearss Avenue exit.  EB I-4 is slow from US 301 to the Mango Road exit.

WB Gandy Boulevard is slow from the Crosstown Expressway to Dale Mabry. And the WB Expressway is slow working through the Ybor City area.

Although few of the predicted thunderstorms developed Tuesday afternoon, the Weather Channel warns late commuters to be on guard for stormy conditions.
