“It should be a pretty nice weekend,” said meteorologist Nicole Carlisle. “(We’re) not going to have really much in the way of rain chances.”

This afternoon’s highs in the upper 70s will give way to a night with lows near 60. While some patchy fog is expected tonight and into the early morning hours Dec. 17, Carlisle says both Saturday and Sunday should shape up to be pretty good days.

Saturday’s highs should climb again into the upper 70s with lows in the mid-50 courtesy of a “dry cold front” that’s going to be moving through. Sunday’s high will only reach about 70s as a result with a low in the lower 50s that night.

As of now, it appears as if the workweek will start out fairly mild, as well.
