Westchase Tijuana Flats Awards Employee For Leadership

For the past eight years, Tijuana Flats has selected employees who go above and beyond professionally and personally to recieve scholarships toward their education.

This year Nathalie Uloa, who works at the Tijuana Flats in Westchase, recieved one of three scholarships for $2,500.

Uloa is a business marketing major at the University of South Florida. She has worked at the Westchase location for three years.

Nathalie was selected because she is hardworking, dependable and always willing to work as a team to get the job done, according to a statement issued by the company.

To be considered for the scholarship, employees submit an application stating why they feel they would be a great candidate to win the Tijuana Flats Leadership Development Scholarship. The scholarship is offered twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring.

This year’s winners are:

• Nathalie Ulloa from Tampa, Fla.
• Cody Bedford from Orlando, Fla.
• Amber Wall from Fort Walton Beach, Fla.
