It's that time of year again when Westchase residents clean out their garages and attics and take their goods to the front driveway.
The Spring Garage Sale is set for Saturday, May 4 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The twice a year sale always draws crowds to the community.
A large ticket item list will be available at www.westchasewca.com on May 2, said Debbie Sainz, Senior Community Association Manager for the Westchase Community Association.

All Westchase residents can participate in the sale. As a safety precaution, Sainz gave this message.
"Watch for children, all the cars pets and people," she said.
