Flavor notes/description: BV Winery produces a collection of high quality wines from their Rutherford, Ca. vineyards. "This one is a very light pinot noir and it's a great intro to reds for those who normally stick with white wines," says Blend manager Dung To.

Food pairing suggestions: "This wine would go nicely with a spicy red curry dish," says Dung. Blend doesn't serve food, but is right across the plaza from Blend and they deliver to the lounge. "It also pairs well with many desserts."
Heard it through the grapevine: On Friday, World of Beer and Blend will host the at the Westchase Golf Club. The event is sold out. All proceeds go to Kids Charity of Tampa Bay Inc.
