Where can I buy it in Westchase?
Flavor notes/description: An interesting French viognier from the vineyard in Languedoc-Rousillon, the Novellum Chardonnay 2009 has flavors of apricot and peaches, with notes of fig. With hints of caramel, vanilla and browned butter, this wine is great for fall days, as it is crisp, medium-bodied and dry. "I am a giant viognier fan, and this is a very creative wine that Novellum has created," says Napa Flair proprietor LuAnn Shapiro.

Food pairing suggestions: LuAnn reccomends serving this wine with a smoky aged gouda or triple cream brie and some toasted bread or crackers. An ideal entree complement, she says, would be a grilled chicken caesar salad.
