Flavor notes/description: "This is a nice Riesling because it's not super sweet, and it's an organic wine, so it really goes with our whole organic theme of Pizza Fusion," says manage Chris Wehnert. The Snoqualmie "Naked" wine series are farmed as au naturel as possible; they are made with certified organically grown grapes in a certified organic facility.
Food pairing suggestions: "This goes nicely with our Pear & Gorgonzola Pizza," says Chris, "because it complements the sweetness of the ingredients." Avoiding carbs? Not to worry. The menu also offers a Pear & Gorgonzola salad -- which features arugula, romaine, candied walnuts, and of course, the two namesake stars of the dish, pear and gorgonzola cheese.

Heard it through the Grapevine: Pizza Fusion has a Thursday night "Date Night" special. With the purchase of any large pizza, you get two glasses of wine for free. Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. is Pizza Fusion's Happy Hour, where house wines and select personal size pizzas are just $3.
