What Do You Recommend at: Surf Shack Coastal Kitchen?

What's your favorite menu item at Surf Shack Coastal Kithen?

What Do You Recommend?" is an occasional feature that asks Patch readers to weigh in on their favorite menu items at local restaurants and bars.

It may be the new kid on the block in dining options for the neighborhood, but has quickly become a popular spot for those looking for healthy eats in Westchase.

Surf Shack Coastal Kitchen is a surf- and beach-style restaurant. It serves American staples like hot wings, crispy fried shrimp, nachos and buffalo chicken egg rolls. The restaurant has many specials throughout the week. On Mondays, burritos are only $5. Thursday is taco night, and on Sundays, kids eat free. Happy hour is every day from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

So, we want to know what you think. If someone's visiting for the first time, what Surf Shack menu item do they HAVE to try? Post your menu picks in the comment section below.

Hula Pork burrito is very good. I also like the longboard fish taco.
