Community Update

So back at the end of August the 30th I believe My friend had a massage appointment she couldn't make so she asked if I would like to take it. I thought it would be nice to go have a massage so I excepted. I walked in seemed liked a very nice spa. I checked in I had arrived a little early so I sat on the couch near the front desk and read a magazine while I waited. Well during my wait I had to listen to the young lady at the front talk about her trip to Columbia which was fine but than she started to use unbelievably foul language repeatedly to complain about how she spent all this money on a dress and this and that for her f*&%@#$ cousin to cut her out of the wedding and continued to complain using that same word a good 10 more times . I was appalled by how many times she said it and the horrible things she was saying about her family. Mean while another girl was working on the computer I believe it was for her schedule I remember because she had asked politely to use the computer and I thought to myself at least someone has manners here. But I could see the embarrassment on her face as the other girl continued to complain she even told her to lower her voice but that didn't seem to help. Well I decided to try Essentials again yesterday when I walked in it was the same girl again. Well she was busy I guess teaching a new girl how to do the job. I decided to walk out and not get ask for an appointment. For one I didn't want to get stuck listening to another one of her ridicules stories as I waited and I figured If she is teaching someone else her job she will most likely act the same way especially considering it took the two of them a moment to realize I had even walked in the establishment since they were busy giggling about who knows . I might come back when they get a better trained front desk staff because the massage I received the first time was amazing and very professional. But If I have to listen to absolute garbage come out of someone's mouth to be able to get that amazing massage I would rather go else where and get an ok massage and even pay more and drive farther just to not hear her complete unprofessionalism again. Please let me know when you get a new front desk girl because until than I will make sure all my friends in Westchase know that she is still there and I have many friends that frequent your spa that I've already made aware of this issue when it happen. As my friends I spoke to agreed that's fine if there back there chit chatting between people but not using that type of language!!
