During this 2-hour workshop, Sweetwater founder Rick Martinez will cover the terminology and vocabulary around organic labeling, such as differentiating "organic" from "made with organic ingredients". He will lead an informative discussion including the GMO movement, non-food products that are labeled "organic", organic meats, and more. Attendees should bring an organic product or label from home to share and talk about during this interactive and educational event.
