Food Truck Rally and Candidate Mingle at the wonderful Westchase Golf Course this Friday beginning at 6:00 pm.
The Westchase Community Association and the Rotary Club of Tampa Westchase have combined efforts to inform the electorate about the Candidates on the ballot in the November Election.
All of the Candidates appearing on the Westchase ballot have been invited to participate along with their staff or surrogates. No formal political speeches will be made. The campaigns will have the opportunity to set up a pop-up tent and/or tables and hand out literature. The candidates will be available to meet one-on-one with you to discuss the issues and explain their positions.
As of this writing two Presidential candidates have committed to attending. At least two US Senate candidates are planing on being represented at the event. Candidates for US House of Representative for both District 12 and 14 have expressed interest in attending. At a more local level candidates for Property Appraiser and Supervisor of Elections have committed to being present.
There is no charge to attend. The only cost is for the food and beverages you may consume.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of food and beverages will benefit the local charities of the Rotary Club of Tampa Westchase.
