Wondering what to do with the kids (or grandkids) during Spring Break? Check out the Tampa Liberty School.

The Tampa Liberty School's Spring Session is a great opportunity for children ages 6 to 12 to learn about the founding principles of the United States. The school is dedicated to educating, enlightening, and exciting children to the fundamental principles on which our nation was founded.

Please go to tampalibertyschool.com to register.

Tampa Liberty School will be holding classes while Hillsborough Public Schools are out for Spring Break -- March 11 to 15.

Two schools will be offered that week: One in Brandon, and the other in Town 'N Country.

LOCATIONS:      Northwest Tampa Church of Christ, 7259 Sheldon Road, Tampa

Bell Shoals Baptist Church, 2102 Bell Shoals Road, Brandon

DATES: Monday thru Friday, March 11-15, 2013, 9:00 a.m. until noon

COST: $40 per child for the week. Early Bird Specials may apply.

The Tampa Liberty School Spring Session is designed to teach the principles of liberty as intended by the founders of our country. Some of the main points of the school include:

  • With freedom comes responsibility.

  • Freedom requires virtuous, moral, and educated citizens.

  • Our unalienable human rights come from God, and not from government.

  • We must know what our rights are, and protect them.

  • The ultimate responsibility for maintaining liberty lies with the people.

All activities are taught in a fun, kid-friendly way.  Please contact Jeff Lukens at jeff@tampa912.org for more details.
