Introduction To Qigong

Qigong is to the 2000's what Yoga was to the 1970's. 
Back then Yoga was viewed as some kind of fringe Eastern technique that only your strange
acquaintances and relatives were doing.  Fast forward to today and Yoga is
completely mainstream while benefiting a countless amount of people!  Qigong encourages health and stimulates
vitality through intention, posture and subtle movement.  This ancient
Chinese health art uses breath and movement to help remove energy blockages in
the body to promote healthful circulation of blood and energy. 



Certified Qigong instructor, Bob Abbenzeller will be leading
this class.  The first course, January 19
from 12:00-2:00pm, will begin with a presentation on Qigong and then go into an
hour of practice.
