Community Update

Let me first start out by saying there are two girls in particular thar work at the Westchase Dash cleaners that are the rudest people I have ever come in contact with. After spending $80 total on dry cleaning, of which all are very high end clothing items, one dress in particular was absolutely ruined. I returned to Dash cleaners, where I dealt with Amber, one of the "managers" she took the dress in and said it could be fixed in two days and gave me a pick up ticket... That was January 12th...... It is not April 3rd and I still have not received my dress back nor any explanation as to why it is taking so long.

I went into Dash cleaners on April 1st, to see what was going on and the Associate Kathy thought this had been resolved already and didn't think they had the dress any longer. This then got escalated to Amber, which was no help what so ever. The two girls have been referring me to this mystery man, "mike", who just like them has been no help at all.

I would NEVER use this dry cleaners ever again, nor just bc they ruined my dress, but the customer service us absolutely terrible!!!
