Coldwell Banker Res. RE, LLC opens office in the Westchase Town Center this week.  The office is located above Anytime Fitness and across from Burger 21 in the heart of Westchase.

Historically, Coldwell Banker had an office in the Westchase Town Center which was consolidated in the corporation's other five offices spanning Hillsborough County in late 2010 when the lease was due for renewal.  After the closure, Jason & Dyan Pithers who were totally commited to the Westchase area opened a private office in the Westchase Town Center so they could maintain close proximity to Westchase.  After extended talks with Coldwell Banker, the company decided to officially license the Pithers' office and re-establish a Coldwell Banker office in the heart of West Park Village.  These office operations will be overseen by Judy Schaffer, Broker - Manager of Coldwell Banker - New Tampa.
