Free Workout at Glencliff Park: Huge Success!

Due to the huge success of last Saturday's free workout, Camp Gladiator will be hosting another FREE workout this Saturday, September 8, at 8:00am at Glencliff Park.

Last Saturday, September 1, 2012, Camp Gladiator hosted a free boot camp at Glencliff Park for anyone and everyone to attend.

At 8:00am, local residents could have witnessed more than 35 boot campers of all ages and fitness levels, sprinting across the dewy soccer field, working in groups on the basketball courts, completing various upper body, lower body and core exercises, laughing, smiling, and high-fiving their teammates and trainers.  The workout ended with a friendly game of ultimate football. This was not your traditional "military style" boot camp. Camp Gladiator is more like "Recess for Adults".

Recently voted the "Best Fitness Camp in the Nation", Camp Gladiator has opened hundreds of locations in over 17 major cities across the country.  Recently, 5 of Tampa's Best Trainers were hired to open 13 locations in the Tampa Bay area...3 of those locations being in Westchase.

The Camp Gladiator Mission is to: "Positively impact the physical fitness and ultimately the lives of as many people as possible".  People everywhere should have the opportunity to participate in group exercise for a reasonable price, with the instruction of excellent trainers, at a location that is convenient to them. The Camp Gladiator vision is to be everywhere there are people.

Due to the huge success of last Saturday's free workout, Camp Gladiator will be hosting another FREE workout this Saturday, September 8, at 8:00am at Glencliff Park. Everyone is welcome to attend.  Bring an exercise mat, water bottle, and a ton of energy.  Get ready to meet new people, and have a blast, while getting an amazing workout!
