Movin' On Up

I am very happy to announce that last week I joined The Wood Team with Coldwell Banker!  So many people in the Westchase area have already worked with Doug and Nancy Wood and their reputation of honest, professional real estate service is second to none. 

I am very honored that they asked me to join their team.  Further, I am excited about working at the very forward-thinking Coldwell Banker office in South Tampa.  On a day-to-day basis I will be surrounded by some of the best agents in the whole Tampa Bay area.

Since starting in real estate I have always worked as an individual agent so being part of a team is a new experience for me.  As I was thinking about whether I wanted to be part of a team the answer became very clear.  As an individual agent, I have had my own experiences, learned my own lessons, and been rewarded with my own victories.  But individual experiences and lessons are limited by nature.  By being part of a team we can draw on the collective experiences of every member to help all of us serve our clients better.  Providing the best possible service for each buyer and seller is the mission of every member of The Wood Team.
