Whew!  My fingers are tired from typing all of the Westchase real estate info from the last 2 weeks!  26 homes new to the market and 25 homes SOLD! Out of those 25 sold homes, 20 of them sold for $200,000 or above! 

Deal of the Week:  11670 Renaissance View Court, Mandolin.  This Bank-owned property has 5bd/4.5ba, 3658 sqft and a pool!  Listed at $131 per square foot.

Steal of the Week:  12557 Bassbrook Lane, Hampton Lakes at Main Street. Sold for $265,000, 4bd/2full bath/2 half bath, $100/sqft.  What makes this such a great deal? This is a 3 story townhome, with living space on the top 2 floors and commericial space on the bottom floor. If you run a small business, you can have an office at your home.  If you don't, you can rent this space out for extra income.  This is a great concept that really packs a lot of bang for your buck!
